INDOOR LESSONS vs OUTDOOR SUMMER SESSIONS
All Lessons are scheduled on a first come/first served basis. Lessons are weekly, once you have a permanent spot you will have the same time slot every week. If you are placed on the waiting list, you will receive a call when a spot becomes available.

Cancellation Policy

We run our athletes on a weekly schedule. This includes, but is not limited to typical calendar holidays, school & work breaks as well as vacations. We require all athletes to commit to a weekly lesson spot once registration has been evaluated and accepted. Monthly invoicing operates like a Membership- your fee for the month is based on the number of registered sessions and corresponding day of the week 

If there is an emergency situation or the athlete becomes ill they will receive an excuse for that one lesson. Otherwise, we expect the athlete to attend each weekly lesson or they will pay for their scheduled timeslot if they will not be able to attend. 

We require 48-hours notice of scheduled absences so that we may fill your spot with wait list clients and/or move your time slot for the week. Failure to communicate will result in the inability to reschedule your membership lesson for the week/month.
